Hell Everyone,
First of all a BIG THANKS to LiquidFire on his support and help with my website and career. At the moment I'm not entirely sure what the future holds but with CombatEX in (semi)retirement and summer at hand there's a lot of things that can happen. I'm currently playing Dota 2 a bit more often than SCII but I'll probably be back on SCII more often within the coming weeks. For CombatEX, he's looking forward to trying out D3 and chances are that he won't stay gone forever because there's still Heart of the Swarm and Legacy of the Void. We all have our own lives and things to take care of but gaming together with friends has become an intrinsic part of our lives in modern day society. In addition to going to the bar, watching sports games, movies, clubbing/partying, and other classic things, e-sports has become a common pass-time between co-workers and friends. E-Sports is continuously growing in North America at a steady rate. I look forward to the day that it becomes something like this.

The SCU Development Team recently released this post to the community.
"Hey guys, It's been a pretty long time since the last official update right now. I just wanted to make sure everyone knows that we are still working on the mod and there will be updates in the near future. Remember we are not a company but a bunch of guys that do this big project in their free time, so we cant always work as much as we would like to.

Ryan "Creation" Winzen also made a post on the forum saying that the project has returned to closed alpha testing. This is all great news, stay tuned for more updates!

Hey Everyone,
The Starcraft 2 North Tournament had a great turnout and the Winner of the Tournament was DDE, with Masa as 2nd, and CombatEX as 3rd. After discussion with co-founder of ScN Kevin Lee, I've decided that I will add them to my mutual sponsors and I plan on lending my aid to their website. ScN has also made it clear that they intend on sponsoring CombatEX to MLG. Starcraft 2 North has also been selected to form Ontario's Starcraft 2 Team for NSL http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/viewmessage.php?topic_id=297155 I plan on working together with Starcraft 2 North to further E-Sports in Canada.

Hey Everyone,
I'd just like to wish you all a Happy New Year! CombatEX and I really appreciate the support and dedication of our supporters, fans, friends, and sponsors. We have quite the number of plans for the coming year which CombatEX will reveal in a future video. For starters, CombatEX will begin streaming pretty much on a daily basis beginning in early January. CombatEX will also be training on a daily basis in preparation for a future MLG (details of which he will explain later) This time, there will be no exams to prevent him from attending the MLG event because in the coming semester he will be having co-op. Which means that he'll be free to practice, stream, and attend major events. Starcraft II North, will be hosting another Starcraft II tournament in Toronto on January 14th. CombatEX, coLRyze, Ostojiy, I, and a few other GMs will be attending the event along with any players who choose to participate in the event. I will give further details about the event later as information is formalized. I look forward to seeing you at the event!
